Company Statement

The Corporation owns 100% of the Pumpkin Hollow Copper Development Property in the Walker Lane mineralized belt of Western Nevada. For an overview of the company click here for a recent interview with the CEO and Jay Taylor / Al Korelin.

Pumpkin Hollow is an advanced development stage copper property, which contains Measured and Indicated Resources totaling 4 Billion pounds of Copper plus additional Inferred Resources of 3.9 Billion pounds of Copper (all using a 0.2% copper cutoff grade). This 7.9 Billion pound copper resource and associated 144 million ton iron, 1.3 million ounces of gold and 57 million ounces of silver was estimated in October, 2007.

A recently completed 62,000 foot drilling program combined with historical work at the Pumpkin Hollow property including over 590,000 feet of drilling conducted by U.S. Steel Corp.and Cyprus Minerals Corp. among others formed the basis for this independent resource estimate.  Collection of metallurgical, environmental, hydrological and geotechnical baseline data for developing the project is well advanced.    

The Company intends to move the property forward through feasibility, and is confident that at current metals prices, the Pumpkin Hollow Copper property will soon host Nevada's Next Copper Mine.

• Completed $7 Million, 62,000 foot infill and step out drilling program in September, 2007
• Assayed/Re-assayed over 17,000 feet of historic core that was not previously assayed for copper, gold and silver.
• Results of work incorporated into a recently announced a NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate.
• Preliminary Economic Assessment of new resource well advanced.

Next Six Months:

• Complete and Announce results of Preliminary Assessment
  Resource Expansion Drilling: Test multiple targets identified from recent drilling and geologic modeling.
• Continue with Baseline Data Collection: Metallurgical, hydrological and geotechnical programs to support both permitting and economic studies.
• Commence Bankable Feasibility Study
