On the 3rd November 2008 the Directors of Commodity Watch announced that they had made an offer to the shareholders of Rivington Street Holdings Ltd. ("RSH") to acquire the entire issued share capital of RSH.

The  Offer,  recommended  by  both Boards of Directors, constitutes a  reverse  takeover  for  the purposes of the PLUS Market Rules for Issuers due to the terms of the transaction (see documentation).
