Company Statement

Agricola Resources plc is now primarily engaged in uranium exploration and development. The Company has registered claims for 137 square kilometres in Sweden called Manakjaure 1 and Geddaur 1, 2 and 3. The claims Manakjaure 1 and Geddaur 1 and 2 have now been granted.

These claims border each other and are in the municipality of Arjeplog, in Norrbotten county, northern Sweden. Also in Arjeplog municipality, Agricola has signed an option and earn in agreement with Beowulf Mining PLC to earn up to 70% of the claims Bellek 2, 3, 4 and 5, which cover 106 square km. These claims are believed to be prospective for an iron oxide, copper, gold and uranium deposit (IOCG).

In Finland Agricola has applied for contiguous exploration claims Kuuajaervi 1, 2 and 3. They are about 1 square kilometre size each in accordance with the Finnish Mining Act. They are located around the Paukkajavaara uranium mine area in Eno county, Eastern Karelia. Each of the claims covers strong soil radon anomalies located by Agricola under the terms of a reconnaissance permit.

BALLEK JOINT VENTURE, SWEDEN
Summary:

• A program of 3D modelling of regional gravity and aeromagnetic data has been completed over the Ballek JV. Results from this modelling have identified several high-ranked targets for follow-up ground geophysical surveys and generally confirmed the prospectivity of the project for copper-gold-uranium mineralisation
• Agricola Resources plc has recently signed a joint venture with Beowulf Mining plc under which Agricola may earn an equity interest of up to 70% in the Ballek copper-gold-uranium project in Northern Sweden
• Energy Ventures has a beneficial interest of 29.9% of Agricola’s issued share capital, acquired through a recently completed off-market placement. Energy Ventures has also been issued 46.78 million options in Agricola Resources plc, exercisable at £0.01 each. If exercised, Energy Ventures interest in Agricola will rise to approximately 46%
• The proceeds of Energy Venture’s placement in Agricola will be used to fast-track exploration on the Ballek JV and on Agricola’s wholly owned uranium projects in Sweden
