Greystar Resources Ltd. is a Canadian mining company dedicated to the exploration, development and, in time, the exploitation of precious metal reservoirs. At the present time, its main project is the Angostura gold and silver deposit in the northeastern region of Colombia.
Overview
The Angostura Gold-Silver Project is located in the mountains of the eastern Cordillera of South America, approximately 400 km North-Northeast of the Colombian capital city Santa fé de Bogotá.
Easily accessed by good roads, the Project is 55 km from Bucaramanga (pop 1,000,000), the capital city of Santander department. Bucaramanga is serviced by frequent daily jet and turbo-prop flights from Bogotá.
The villages of California, Vetas, and Surata are all within approximately 10 km of the Project, which is serviced by local hydroelectric power. Elevations on the Project are between 3400 and 3500 meters. The average annual temperature on the property is approximately 10 degrees Celsius.

| Mr. del Corral is a mining and metallurgical engineer with over 30 years of mineral experience and is currently an international advisor for several companies. Previously, Mr. del Corral was Cuba Project Director for WMC Ltd., as well as President of BHP Billiton Ltd.'s Cerro Matoso S.A. in Colombia. Mr. del Corral was also a consultant for the World Bank from 1993-to-1995 |

| Mr. Morfett received his M.Sc. in Geology from Queens University, Canada in 1984 and worked for Rio Tinto in the U.S. and Saudi Arabia and for Goldfields of South Africa before moving back to his native London. He is currently a Mining Research Consultant. |
