Company Statement

Western Warrior Resources Inc. is a Calgary-based public exploration company with a large land position in the Kenora region of Northwestern Ontario Canada. This strategic group of claims border the very exciting gold discovery made recently by Rainy River Resources to the south and Nuinsco Resources’ Campbell Lake gold deposit to the north.

Western Warrior's land packages in several areas are immense. In the extreme Northeast portion of Manitoba the company controls two packages of ground totaling over 290,000 hectares of mineral exploration license in an area with strong potential to host diamonds as well as other minerals. In Northwest Ontario near Kenora the company has acquired four land packages totaling well over 100,000 hectares. One package, the Pipestone Project, consists of over 65,000 hectares of land lying between Rainy River Resources gold project to the south and Nuinsco Resources' Campbell Lake gold deposit to the north.

Current Operations

Cliff Gold Mine, Alaska
1. High grade gold recovered with stamp mill/gravity technology would be better today with today's technology.
2. WGM Inc sampling confirmed high grade shoots within veins.
3. Geometry of the vein system not fully established therefore not easy to predict potential for additional veins.
4. Ore left unmined when mine closed, however grade and tonnage not known.
5. Topographic constraints call for underground drilling to establish ore reserves.
6. Potential to develop mine as feed for a central mill treating ore from a number of small deposits around Prince William Sound.
7. Drill program established that other structures/veins are present.
8. Holding costs are minimal

Eppler Lake, Manitoba
1. $3,000,000 spent by WWR on airborne and ground geophysics and diamond drilling in the last several years.
2. Thirty-five potential kimberlites identified by airborne magnetic and/or VTEM surveys.
3. Surrounded by 1.94 million hectare DeBeers Mineral Exploration licenses on December 9, 2004.
4. Major 35+ kilometer long ultramafic complex not previously analyzed for PGE's.
5. Previous drill holes on ultramafic complex were short and did not test footwall rocks or a complete section across the complex.
6. Significant EM conductors with and without magnetic signatures identified by ground geophysics on Peanut grid.
7. Significant EM conductors with and without magnetic signatures identified in areas of previously unidentified volcanic terrain not covered by ground geophysics.
8. Anomalous Pt and Pd in metagabbros identified in preliminary prospecting by WWR.

Caribou Property
In August and September of 2006 Firefly Airborne Surveys completed a 100 meter spaced high resolution airborne magnetic (HRAM) survey on its Caribou Property survey. The HRAM survey totaled 33,395 kilometers of fixed wing airborne survey. The HRAM survey was designed to assist the geological interpretation of the Caribou property. Results from the airborne survey will be used to detail further exploration initiatives by the company.

PipeStone Project
Although parts of the property have been subject to previous exploration programs large areas of the property have received little exploration or have not been mapped since the 1930's. Many of the known gold showings have not been adequately explored or drilled. An initial 50 meter spaced high definition high resolution airborne magnetic survey is being conducted over the entire property to aid in regional synthesis, mapping, prospecting and target definition. This large closely spaced survey represents part of a unique approach to gold exploration in the Western Wabigoon. Western Warrior completed an AeroTem III electromagnetic survey over portions of a volcanic centre at Dash Lake in preparation for a winter drill program.

Warclub Lake, Ontario
1. Similar geologic setting to Champion Bear Plomp Farm project and Tech/Corona Thunder Lake deposit
2. Well defined zones of disseminated sulphides in the Warclub Group and iron carbonate alteration in Populus Lake volcanics
3. Regional GSC lake sediment Au, Cu, Zn, Mo and Cd anomalies defined on property
4. High resolution airborne magnetic survey illustrates numerous structural features potentially associated with mineralized zones, some on strike with Mushkasu deformation trend
5. Pending OGS detailed lake sediment geochemistry
6. Gold showing with no previous detailed systematic exploration
7. Easy access and low exploration cost in an area of active exploration

Eagle Lake, Ontario
1. Numerous gold showings with high grade values at the western end of the property.
2. Previous drilling campaigns were drilled down dip or parallel to stratigraphy.
3. Previously identified anomalous gold values (0.38, 0.125 OPT) identified by prospecting not followed up.
4. Widespread areas of hydrothermal alteration associated with disseminated sulphides and anomalous gold values.
5. Association of Cu and Ag and Cu, Zn and Pb with anomalous gold values.
6. Complex felsic volcanic sequence.

Redvers Township and Redvers West Properties
Both properties are underlain by the Redvers Township intrusion, a member of the foliated tonalite suite of Archean intrusive rocks that occur in the Winnipeg River Subprovince. The intrusion is composed of tonalite, granodiorite and minor quartz diorite and has a mineral lineation and/or foliation and a weak gneissic fabric commonly adjacent to the margins of the pluton. The pluton is known to host several molybdenum showings.

Work by the Ontario Geological Survey in 2005 identified significant showings of gold and silver within the intrusion. In Redvers Township showing, a potassium feldspar-rich granite with 50 percent hematized quartz rich pegmatite returned assay values of 1.10 opt gold and 33.00 opt silver. Some of the quartz is attributed to silica flooding. Additional assays returned values of 0.06 opt gold and 0.90 opt silver from hematized gneissic monzogranite and 11.40 opt silver from syenogranite with hematitic and sericitic alteration.

A 50 meter line spaced HRAM survey is being flown over the Redvers properties.
