The company was formed as a result of a group of senior explorationists, mining executives and former senior brokers. The express aim of the group was to identify properties of merit, fund and execute all phases of exploration and development with the objective of increasing shareholder value.
THE CHU MOLYDBEUM PROJECT
15,094 Hectares
TTM CHU MOLYBDENUM PROJECT INITIAL RESOURCE ESTIMATE
Indicated Resource - High Grade Mo of 57.1 Million Tonnes of .104% Mo (0.08%
cutoff) as part of 235.3 Million Tonnes of 0.067% Mo (0.040% cutoff)
Inferred Resource – High Grade Mo of 44.4 Million Tonnes of 0.100 % Mo (0.08%
cutoff) as part of 221.5 Million Tonnes of 0.063% Mo (0.04% Mo cutoff)
The Chu Molybdenum Project is located in the Omineca Region of Central British Columbia and is comprised of 35 contiguous mineral claims. The Chu Project covers an area of 15,094 hectares and is strategically located 80 kilometers south-southwest of Vanderhoof, BC, and approximately 75 kilometers from Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc. (TSX:TCM) 75% owned Endako Moly mine and processing facility. The Chu Project enjoys year round development and exploration. The Chu Project Mo resource was previously explored in the early 1980’s by more than 4000 Meters of diamond drilling. The Chu is an area of molybdenite mineralized meta-sedimentary rocks adjacent to a granodiorite intrusive stock. Molybdenum occurs in a quartz – molybdenite stockwork hosted in a hornsfelsed sandstone. The waste to ore ratio appears to be one to one. To date the CHU Project has been extended to over 1.7 Kilometers in length, over 650 meters in depth, and 300 meters wide. The deposit remains open in all directions. TTM has completed over 40,000 meters of core drilling with numerous long intercepts of ore grade Mo including drill hole 19 which delivered 504.4 meters of .109% Mo. Assay results are indicating the deposit would have a low stripping ratio as the mineralization extends to near surface.
Currently there are 3 diamond drills operating on the property. Two drills are engaged in resource expansion and resource category upgrading activities and one drill is engaged in exploratory drilling on other areas of interest on the Chu Project. A NI 43-101 report and Geological survey have been completed. A NI-43-101 Economic Pre-feasibility Report, Metallurgical testing and base line water studies are underway.
Terrace Project
3403 Hectares – Molybdenum
In the fall of 2006, TTM purchased and staked 8,410 contiguous acres of Molybdenum (Mo) prospective claims. The area is 20 km northeast of Terrace, British Columbia, contiguous with the Shan property. TTM’s claims are on trend with the Shan property, situated directly to the west. An AeroMag survey and a ground sampling and mapping program have been completed to detail the total property.
Deeker Creek Project
17,322 Hectares – Molybdenum
The 100% owned Deeker Creek Project consists of forty-five contiguous claims located in the Liard Mining Division, 210 kilometers northwest of Stewart and 65 kilometers southwest of Telegraph Creek in northwestern British Columbia, Canada. The project is situated on the western margin of the intermontaine belt within the Stikine Arch, an area known for precious metal deposits. The Galore Creek copper porphyry deposit is located 25 kilometers southeast of the Deeker Creek Project. In 2005, TTM undertook a prospecting program on the property to explore several areas of interest. Two traverse lines identified a Molybdenum zone approximately three kilometers long with high indications of Molybdenum, zinc, and lead. Currently a review is being conducted of the Moly Zone and previous drill cores from the 1970’s and 974 line kilometer airborne geophysical survey is underway.

The Molygold property is located 120 km. north of Vancouver B.C. Access is by the Sea to Sky highway 25 km. past the resort of Whistler and 15 km. west on a main logging haulage road. The world class Britannia massive sulphide deposit is some 60 km. south, the Northair Gold mine is some 25 miles south of the MOLYGOLD project. The Deeker Creek property is located near the Stikine river some 25 km. north west of Nova Gold’s Galore Creek copper, gold, molybdenum deposit.
