Company Statement

Selkirk Metals is focused on the exploration and development of base metal properties at this time in Canada. Zinc is the focus of exploration with secondary lead, silver and copper.
Of the company's large property portfolio Ruddock Creek in British Columbia will receive by far the largest investment in 2006.

The intent is to define and extend the existing resource through extensive diamond drilling and evaluate this very large massive sulphide bearing basin through surface exploration and drilling. This is expected to lead to underground development and pre feasibility in 2007. Exploration of the LJ, Sheraton Timmins, Wasi and Ingenika Properties are all being funded by other companies through Option agreements.

With a large and diverse portfolio of properties ranging from early to advance stage exploration and development the company is strategically positioned to take advantage of the current highs in the base metal markets.

Current Operations

Ruddock Creek Project, B.C. is a large Sedex type zinc-lead silver project with a defined resource and development potential.

The Ruddock Creek Property contains "Sedex-Type" stratabound zinc-lead mineralization hosted by calc-silicate rocks, which have been intruded by pegmatite dykes and sills.

LJ Project,  B.C. is a carbonate hosted massive sulphide discovery with high grade zinc-lead-silver.

Kneb Project, B.C. is an advanced massive sulphide project south of a similar to Ruddock Creek.

Ghost  B.C. is a carbonate hosted zinc project at the surface exploration stage.

Ingenika and Wasi Projects, B.C. are both massive sulphide targets associated with carbonates with defined zones of high grade lead-silver-zinc mineralization.

Sheraton Timmins Project, Ontario is a large volcanogenic massive sulphide prospect just south of the Kidd Creek Mine with large zones of mineralization defined to date and further potential.

Geographical Spread

Canada, specifically British Columbia and Ontario.
