Landore Resources Makes Progress On The Nickel Side Up At Junior Lake, But There’s Iron Ore Waiting In The Wings Too
Anyone who might have thought that Landore Resources would go quiet, what with low nickel and falling iron ore prices, was rudely shaken out of their complacency by a very healthy looking set of drill results that issued from the company early on the morning of Wednesday 27th May. To be sure the world doesn’t favour pure play exploration companies these days, and especially not those in the nickel and iron ore spaces, but Landore’s shares nonetheless tacked on a respectable five per cent, rising to 9.75p, after results from the latest programme up on the company’s B4-7 deposit on the Junior Lake project in Ontario came in.
Landore’s been relatively quiet lately, though not, as is the case with some other companies, completely mute. There was a detailed exposition of the latest state of play up at Junior Lake in the company’s financial results which came out on 23rd April, although these didn’t contain much that was staggeringly new.
