"Buy When There’s Blood In The Streets": Sprott and Altius Lead a Long List of Discounted Canadian Resource Plays
Many investors who entered the resource cycle late in the game have had their proverbial heads handed to them on a platter. But with a bevy of Canadian listed stocks currently trading at less than half their cash value, many seasoned resource players are now patiently buying them up on a long-term view, and waiting for the next cycle to begin.
There are currently over 100 companies listed on the Canadian markets that are trading at a value near or below the amount of cash sitting in their bank accounts. With many of these companies - take Anvil Mining, Northland Resources and Khan Resources for examples - the funds are earmarked for development projects that may or may not proceed.
