Birim Goldfields And Goldcrest Resources Make A Perfect Match

Two things are needed for a successful exploration company: good properties and funding. The recently announced combination of Birim Goldfields with Goldcrest Resources brings those two elements together, so that the new company will have the best of both worlds. Birim brings an excellent stable of properties while Goldcrest has some of its own - as well as C$27m in cash and marketable securities.

Kevin Bullock is President and CEO of Goldcrest and will be the CEO of the new company. Vic King of Birim will be the new Chief Operating Officer.  Kevin explained to Minews that in the current climate good properties and good people are hard to find.
