Company Statement

Pure Nickel is one of North America's largest nickel exploration companies with a world class property package that provides unlimited potential to investors.

Pure Nickel trades on the TSX (NIC) and the OTC BB (PNCKF). The firm has divided its 13 properties into three regions, each overseen by a regional manager, which allows for a defined approach in exploration and future development of the properties.

Pure Nickel is currently focusing on four exploration drill programs and is evaluating joint venture options for the remaining properties. Drilling had just been completed on the company’s MAN project in Alaska, results are pending. Drilling programs on its Salt Chuck, Alaska property and William Lake, Manitoba property are scheduled to begin late fall 2007, and Winter drilling in the Thompson Nickel Belt is currently being planned.

Pure Nickel’s exploration and management teams are results driven, are highly qualified to manage multiple drill programs, and have a strong track record for building successful mining companies.

Current Operations

MAN, Alaska

• 100% company owned, large project area – 500km2
• Excellent infrastructure, readily accessible from two major highways, bordered by Alaskan pipeline.
• Widespread high-grade nickel-copper-platinum group elements showings up to 15.4% Ni, 7.19% Cu, 170 g/t PGE + Au+Ag

Thompson Nickel Belt (TNB), Manitoba

• The TNB is one of the richest Nickel Belts in the world.
• Pure Nickel has the largest property package in the TNB.
• Within the company’s holdings in the TNB the 100% company owned William Lake property is the focus of an upcoming drill program, and it’s JV on the William Lake Extension property will be the focus of a winter drilling program.
• WILLIAM LAKE – historic drill results with grades up to 6.16%Ni. A NI 43-101 Technical Report underway by Scott-Wilson (RPA) will quantify detailed historic exploration results. A focused drill program for one portion of the property has been designed with drilling scheduled to commence in early November. Exploration drilling will continue into 2008 and will be designed to test the other prospective areas of the William Lake property.
• WILLIAM LAKE EXTENSION – VTEM survey and geophysical interpretation has identified drill targets that will be tested early 2008.

Salt Chuck, Alaska

• 100% company owned, excellent infrastructure and suitable climate for year-round exploration.
• Historic past producing mine had a reported production of 300,000 tons of ore grading 0.95% Cu, 2.0 g/t Pd, 1.1 g/t Au
• Underground samples show high grade Cu-PD-Au values along adits and tunnels.
• Drilling scheduled to commence November 2007.

Other Properties

• Pure Nickel is currently evaluating joint venture opportunities for most of its other properties.
• The Manibridge property was mined from 1971 to 1977. Historic grades of 2.25% Ni and 0.27% Cu.
• Fond du Lac property 2007 drill results established a new mineralized zone in the Rea Lake area. Drill result interpretation underway.
