Company Statement

Rocher Deboule Mineral Corporation is a diversified Canadian based mining exploration and development company focusing its attention on mineral properties and commodities used in the steel manufacturing industry.  In addition to its namesake IOCG (Iron-Oxide-Copper-Gold) Target property in British Columbia, Rocher Deboule made strong entries into the Manganese, Niobium and Fluorite mineral markets in 2007.  The acquisition of the Artillery Peak properties in Arizona - the largest known manganese deposit in the USA - as well as 3 manganese properties in B.C. comes at a time when manganese prices have seen 300% increases.

Rocher has a two pronged exploration approach on its multi mineral 8,051 hectare (19,894.7 acre) gold/silver/copper/cobalt/ tungsten property in B.C., following up on readings in the first order for Iron Oxide Copper Gold (IOCG) anomalies as identified by Geological Branch BC Government. The airborne magnetic survey carried out in 1967-1969, identified a large magnetic high anomaly, located in the central part of the claims which is a good indicator for a large magnetic body with the potential to host an IOCG.  In August 2007 the company contracted Fugro Aeroborne Survey Corp. to run a Dighem EM/magnetic /radio-metric surveying over a 100 sq. kilometer on a 150 meter spacing. Currently diamond drilling on the High Grade and IOCG Targets is in progress.

Rocher Deboule Minerals Corp. is a junior resources company trading on the TSX Venture Stock Exchange ( TSX.V:RD ).  Part of a group of mineral resource companies, you can find out more at: www.ReaCompanies.com
