Company Statement

Mantle Diamonds Limited is a diamond exploration company with projects at varying levels of development in Australia, Canada, Finland, Liberia and Mali. Established by Lester Kemp and Rupert Baring in September 2005, the company is registered in the UK and is currently held by a variety of institutions and private investors.

Mantle's primary focus is on kimberlite exploration and development. Mantle's portfolio of assets is geographically diversified with the deliberate intention of reducing both country/political and geological risk.

Mantle's aim is to acquire interests in advanced stage diamond projects so as to minimise exploration risk and accelerate timing to production.

Gondwana Asset Purchase Agreement
 - 100% owned subject to a royalty and cash payment
 - Located within the Kuopio – Kaavi kimberlite field
 - Southern central Finland
 - Drill ready targets
 - With the exception of the underlying royalty (which can be paid in cash or physical diamonds) Mantle has the full marketing rights to all diamonds recovered from the claims.

Mali
 - Right to earn 75% beneficial interest in the Narena ATE
 - Right to earn 80% beneficial interest in the Sored Exploration Licence
 - Located in the Bougouni – Sikasso region of SW Mali
 - Extensive aeromagnetic anomalies with kimberlite indicator minerals recovered during deflation / loam sampling of these anomalies
 - Full marketing rights to all diamonds recovered from both the Narena and Sored projects

Liberia
The company has registered a local subsidiary in Monrovia and has applied for 2 x 200 km² diamond exploration licences.
