Company Statement

Macusani Yellowcake Inc. is a pure uranium exploration company. It is exploring major uranium concessions in the Puno District in south-eastern Peru. Drilling began in July, 2007.

Concessions cover 2000 kms2 in the following areas: Macusani, Munani, Lagunillas & Rio Blanco.

Currently the exploration effort is being focused on the Macusani plateau.

Current Operations

The Macusani property package is comprised of 61 concessions. The ground radiometrics, which started late 2006, have identified a 4km zone on the Colibri II and Colibri III properties. Some of radiometric readings went as high as 100,000cps. Over this 4 km zone a 400 hole drill program is planned. To date, 25 drill holes, deepest of which is 55m, have been completed by drill one. All holes are mineralized from surface to the bottom of the hole. The highest grade interval to date is 12.02m at 8.67 lbs U308/tonne. The second and third drills are online to begin work in Q1 of 2008.
