Company Statement

U3O8 Holdings plc is a South American focused uranium exploration company that owns, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, U3O8 Energy Ltd, 57 exploration concessions, over 172 square kilometers, in Chile. The 57 exploration concessions were acquired over two separate phases, and form nine distinct projects, located in regions VIII, IX and XIV of the country.

The first phase of acquisition saw the Cajones, Peralillo, Patagual and Riñihue projects acquired as a result of anomalous geochemical and radiometric values revealed from historic exploration work carried out in the late 1970s by the United Nations and the International Atomic Energy Commission, in conjunction with the Comision Chilena de Energia Nuclear (“CCHEN”).

The second phase of acquisition saw the Milagro, Quilacoya, Almendro, Mittimitti, and Rele projects acquired as a result of Advanced Spaceborne Thermal Emission and Reflection Radiometer (“ASTER”) analysis.

Southern Star Resources Plc is a wholly-owned subsidiary of U3O8 Holdings, and is focused on acquiring precious metal licences in South America and making early stage investments in junior mining companies.

U3O8 Holdings plc is listed on PLUS (U3OP).

Current Operations

QUILACOYA
Quilacoya is an extension to Peralillo West, covering a total land mass of 7 square kilometres. The Quilacoya concessions are located 35 kilometres south-east of Concepcion.

Quilacoya comprises two concessions, totalling 700 hectares, covering the southern part of a small area of anomalous spectral responses in ASTER bands associated with silica, argillic alteration and high Al sericite. The northern part of this area was staked as Peralillo West, which hosts two anomalous (one markedly) uranium and radiometric soil samples. The southern part of this area hosts weakly and moderately anomalous sediment samples.

PERALILLO
Peralillo is the largest of U3O8 Energy’s claims in Chile, covering a total land mass of 55 square kilometres. The property is the most eastern of U3O8’s batch of claims which lie southeast of Concepcion, Chile’s second largest city.

Peralillo comprises eighteen concessions totalling 5,500 hectares, covering an area of anomalous soils. There are two areas of interest that have been identified within the concessions, the first  being an anomalous soil sample collected in rolling countryside in the west of Peralillo that contained in excess of 2.5 parts per million uranium. The second, in the east of Peralillo cover a linear series of anomalous soil and stream samples that appear to have some form of structural control as evidenced by the north-south orientations of this section of the River Gomero. At Peralillo East, the soil sample values range up to 1.9 parts per million of uranium with 149 counts per second measured on the scintillometer.

The Peralillo concessions are located due east of Patagual, in the region of 50 kilometres south-east of Concepcion on the east side of the Bio Bio River. A good system of primary roads, connecting the city of Concepcion and Los Angeles, and a network of secondary roads connecting the towns of Rere and Hualqui provide excellent access to the area.

PATAGUAL
Patagual is the second largest of U3O8 Energy’s concessions, covering a land mass of 27 square kilometres. Patagual is the closest pedimento to conception out of Peralillo and Quilacoya, the other two properties located close to the south east of the city.

Patagual comprises nine concessions totalling 2,700 hectares, covering two areas on either side of the Bio Bio River, eight on the westerly side and one on the easterly side. Three target areas have been identified within the concessions.

Patagual North is a series of seven soil and stream sediment anomalies located along the north-west and south-east flanks of a north-east trending hill of probable structural origin.

Patagual East lies east of the Bio Bio River and is one single pedimento covering ground drained by streams carrying anomalous geochemistry and radiometrics.

Patagual South is drained by two anomalous streams, one of which carries up to 2.4 parts per million of uranium with 149 counts per second measured on the scintillometer.

MITTIMITTI
MittiMitti is one of the smaller U3O8 Energy concessions in Chile, with three concessions covering a total land mass of 900 hectares, being 9 square kilometres. The concessions cover an area upstream of two south draining creeks, of which stream sediment samples returned highly anomalous radiometrics of between 150 – 174 counts per second. A sample taken from the main stream returned a weakly anomalous radiometric response. The hills upstream of these anomalies are known to contain high levels of hematite spectral responses, but no unusually high sericite responses.

MILAGRO
Milagro is the most northern of all U3O8 Energy’s Chilean properties, comprising of three concessions totalling 900 hectares. The pedimentos cover an area of anomalous spectral responses in ASTER bands, associated with sericite (mainly high aluminium), hematite and, considered of less significance, argillic minerals and silica.

CAJONES
Cajones comprises four exploration concessions southeast of Concepcion covering a total of 1,200 hectares over an area of anomalous soils from geochemistry and radiometrics. The Cajones concessions are also the source area for steams which have anomalous geochemistry and radiometrics. Anomalous soil samples collected range in values up to 1.4 parts per million uranium and 149 counts per second, whilst stream sediment samples range up to 1.4 parts per million uranium and 124 counts per second measured on the scintillometer.

ALMENDRO
The Almendro claims are located nearby to the city of Angol and slightly south of the MittiMitti concessions. Almendro comprises of four exploration concessions, totalling 1,800 hectares. The claims cover an area which returned extremely strong responses for phyllic alteration and hematite mineralization, whilst on the margins of this geologic system, in particular to the northwest, is a strong carbonate and weak silica response, which could possibly indicate a propyllitic halo.

RINIHUE
Rinihue is the third-largest of U3O8 Energy’s claims in Chile, covering a total land mass of 24 square kilometres. The property is the most southern of U3O8’s batch of claims, located in Region X of Chile.

Rinihue comprises eight concessions totalling 2,400 hectares, covering an area that is rimmed by anomalous stream sediment samples (geochemistry and radiometrics) that drain a discrete topographic high.

RELE
The Rele concessions are located southwest of the Cajones claims, covering a total land mass of 18 square kilometres. Rele comprises six exploration concessions covering 1,800 hectares, which cover an area of anomalous spectral responses in ASTER bands associated with sericite (both low and high Aluminium), hematite and, considered of lesser significance, argillic minerals and silica, with chlorite and other propyllitic mineral assemblages on the margins.
