Caldera Resources Inc. was formed as an independent mineral exploration company during 1995 and trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("CDR"). The aim of the Company is to discover an economic primary diamond deposit and this is being pursued through widespread exploration in Australia. The Company continues to focus on diamond exploration and now has five diamond projects in Western Australia, including a joint venture with SouthernEra Resources Limited. Mr. Ronald Winston, Chairman of Harry Winston Inc is a 10% shareholder of Caldera.

The Runton Diamond Project is 100% owned and will be the subject of a further drill program in 2005. Twenty two micro diamonds recovered from 7 kg of surface rock. One pale yellow micro diamond recovered from 4.4 kg of drill material along with very positive chrome spinels.

Caldera also has gold/base metal exploration interests in Australia, one of which is joint ventured with BHP Billiton Limited, for nickel/platinium in the Collurabbie region of Western Australia.

Current Operations

Two projects, Ellendale East and the Yilgarn Craton Project are strategically positioned near to diamondiferous lamproites and kimberlites respectively. The Ellendale East Project is located approximately 30 kilometres from the Ellendale Diamond Mine. Mr. Ronald Winston has a right to farm-in arrangement on this project. Drilling in June 2005 on up to ten magnetic anomalies.

The Yilgarn Craton Project is joint ventured with SouthernEra Resources Limited, a leading Canadian diamond explorer. The Cromer Cone Project is a 50:50 joint venture agreement with Mr. Ronald Winston, Chairman of Harry Winston Inc. of New York.

The Company is exploring for gold / base metals in two areas of northern South Australia, namely the Mt. Carulina and Mt. Sarah areas.
