Mineral Securities Limited (“Minsec”) is a highly innovative and successful Resource Investment House that makes early stage equity investments in resource companies and projects with a focus on identifying under valued or emergent resource projects that can be developed into successful and viable operations. With the successful negotiation of the Sally Malay nickel concentrate off take agreement with China. Minsec acknowledged China as an emerging industrial giant and opened a Beijing office in 2004. The office is staffed by a strong technical and commercial team of Chinese nationals with an excellent local network.

| Robert Champion de Crespigny AC - Chairman |
| Mr Champion de Crespigny was the Chairman of Scarborough Minerals plc after the three way merger of Greenwich Resources plc with Buka Minerals and Danae Resources that formed Scarborough in 2006. He was previously appointed Chairman of Buka Minerals on 26 February 2004. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He founded the Normandy Mining group in 1985 and built it to become Australia's largest gold mining group up until its acquisition by Newmont Mining Corporation for approximatetly US$4 billion in 2002. |
| Between 2002 and early 2006 Mr Champion de Crespigny was the Chairman of the Economic Development Board of South Australia and also an independent adviser to the Executive Committee of Cabinet of the South Australian Government for some of that time. In addition, between 2000 and 2004 Mr Champion de Crespigny held the position of Chancellor of the University of Adelaide. In 2002 he was made a Companion of the Order of Australia, Australia's highest honour, for services to the mining industry, to business and to the community in the areas of cultural preservation and education. He moved from Australia to the United Kingdom in April 2006. He is non-executive Chairman of Crosby Textor Research Strategies Results Pty Ltd and retains directorships of a number of educational and charitable bodies as well as other private companies. |
| Keith Liddell - Chief Executive Officer |
| Commencing in 1980, Keith Liddell has built a reputation in the minerals industry as an experienced metallurgical engineer and resource company manager. |
| Keith's technical expertise extends to engineering of plant and equipment, process development, project management and risk planning. While Keith has particular experience in developing resource projects for the platinum group metals, base metals, gold, diamonds and industrial minerals, his engineering skills are applied across the board. Keith holds a number of patents to his name. |
| As the former Managing Director of Aquarius Platinum Limited, Keith established his competence in the management of resource companies. Utilising his skills in the development and implementation of corporate strategy, management of stakeholder relations, and arrangement of corporate and project finance, Aquarius successfully acquired, financed and developed a number of platinum projects in South Africa including the Kroondal Platinum Mine. |

| Nigel Hamway - Independent Non-executive Director |
| Nigel Hamway qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and since 1986 has been with Charterhouse, first in international corporate finance and then as director / partner of its private equity house, including chairing Charterhouse France from 1993 to 2000. As well as chairing several other businesses (Conygar plc, the AIM quoted property company, TTP Capital Partners Limited, a Cambridge-based venture fund, and Quickheart Limited, a customer interface and ethnography company) he is active in the charitable world chairing Family Links and as a Trustee of The Oxfordshire Community Foundation. |
| Sir Bruce MacPhail - Senior Independent Non-executive Director |
| Sir Bruce MacPhail was appointed Senior Independent Non-executive Director of Mineral Securities on 20 July 2007 having fulfilled the same role at Scarborough Minerals plc. He was Managing Director of P&O from 1985 until his retirement in 2003. After retirement he continued to hold a part-time role as Chairman of P&O Property Holdings, where he oversaw the realisation of P&O's international property development portfolio. He retired from this position in 2005. He is currently a Barclay Fellow of Templeton College, Oxford (where he was Chairman of the Council from 1992 until 1995) and is Chairman of the Advisory Forum of the Said Business School, Oxford. He is a Chartered Accountant and is a Non-executive director of Intelligent Engineering Ltd and Chelsfield Partners LLP. He was knighted in 1992 for services to the shipping industry. |

| John Moore holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Associate in Accountancy from the University of Queensland. John has had a distinguished career in politics - he was the Minister for Defence, the Minister for Industry, Science & Tourism and Vice President of the Executive Council. Prior to entering politics, John was a stockbroker and member of the Brisbane Stock Exchange for 12 years. He has served on the boards of many broking and banking related companies including Citinational Limited, Merrill Lynch (Aust) Pty Ltd and Grindlays (Aust) Pty Ltd. |
| Stephen Phipps - Independent Non-executive Director |
| Stephen Phipps was appointed to the Mineral Securities board on 20 July 2007 having been on the board of Scarborough Minerals and Greenwich Resources plc since 24 March 1995. He is also a director of a number of other companies including Desire Petroleum plc, Phipps & Company Limited, a private family company, and Lawrence Industries Limited. He spent 20 years working as a stockbroker for Hoare Govett Limited in London and New York, and subsequently for Solomon Brothers International in London. For the last eight years he has been engaged full time at Phipps & Company Limited and at Desire. |

| Jamie Armes |
| Jamie joined Mineral Securities in 2004 as Group Accountant and is responsible for financial reporting, taxation, company secretarial and transaction support for Mineral Securities as well as Tianshan Goldfields. Jamie is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Business from the University of Tasmania. Jamie has experience within the accounting profession including accounting, taxation and audit as well as acting as company secretary for a number of listed companies. Jamie acts as Group Financial Controller and Australian company secretary based in Perth, Western Australia. |
| Mike Bohm |
| Mike is a graduate of the WA School of Mines in Kalgoorlie and has over 21 years experience in the gold, nickel and diamond sectors of the minerals industry in Australia, SE Asia, North America, Europe and Southern Africa. |
| Following a period in Indonesia with Billiton in the early nineties, Mike spent nine years with Ashton Mining Limited and 3 1/2 years with Sally Malay Mining prior to joining Mineral Securities Limited in August 2005. |
| In addition to his mine management, project evaluation and project development experience, which includes direct involvement with five green-fields mine start-ups, Mike has held various corporate roles including previous directorships at Sally Malay Mining Limited (ASX listed) and Ashton Mining of Canada (TSE listed) and was a member of the Argyle Diamond Mines Joint Venture Committee. |

| David Hillier has been associated with mining invesments for over 30 years. David is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and his responsibilities have covered the financial, commercial and legal aspects of operations in a vast majority of the major mining provinces outside of China and Northern Europe. |
| Following a number of years in the accounting profession serving major resource companies, David has held a number of senior financial positions in Australian mining companies, most notably over 15 years as a Senior Finance Executive at Normandy Mining. He has held operational responsibilities and served as both and Executive and Non-Executive Director of numerous publicly listed companies. David is currently Executive Chairman of the listed subsidiary Buka Gold Limited |
| Ken Rogers - Chief Geologist |
| Ken Rogers is a highly experienced geologist, with particular interest in gold, base metals and fluorite projects. (Ken has an extensive background in the Speewah fluorite project now owned by Mineral Securities.) |
| As Geologist for the Rogers and Roe Prospecting Syndicate, Ken worked on the Youanmi gold tailings operation and Youanmi gold mine, as well as the Gidgee gold mine. During this time, Ken was responsible for researching remote sensing techniques as an aid to exploration, and developing software programmes for displaying images on microcomputers. |
| Ken was also the Chief Geologist, Exploration Manager and later Director for Elmina NL. |
| Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology (Honours) and a Diploma in Education. He is also member of Institution of Mining and Metallurgy, Registered Chartered Engineer, Australian Institute of Geoscientists, Society of Economic Geologists, Remote Sensing and Photogrammetry Association of Australia Ltd. |
