Company Statement

Strongbow Exploration Inc. is engaged in the search for economic mineral deposits in Canada. Through the fall of 2007, exploration drilling programs will be conducted at the company's 100% owned Nickel King property, NWT, as well as the Skoonka Creek and newly acquired Ponderosa properties in the Spences Bridge gold belt in southern British Columbia. Exploration programs are also underway at the Shovelnose, LP, Goldpan, Silvertip, and North Thelon properties. With $7.5 million in working capital, Strongbow is well financed to complete these programs.

The company recently spun-off its diversified Nunavut based exploration properties into North Arrow Minerals Inc (TSXV-NAR).

Current Operations

Gold and Base Metals
Strongbow's portfolio of active gold and base metal projects exploration includes over 10 properties covering an aggregate area of approximately 200,000 hectares, in British Columbia, Nunavut and the Northwest Territories. In June 2005, Strongbow announced the acquisition of an option to earn an interest in an epithermal gold vein property in southern British Columbia (Skoonka Creek) in an area with excellent infrastructure and accessibility. Initial field work at Skoonka Creek has identified a new gold discovery in what is becoming an emerging epithermal gold district in south western British Columbia. Strongbow has acquired an interest in over 77,000 hectares of mineral claims in the emerging Spences Bridge gold belt and these properties will be the focus of Strongbow's exploration plans for 2007, including a drilling program on the newly acquired Ponderosa Property property.

Strongbow is exploring for nickel at the Nickel King project, Northwest Territories, where exploration drilling is underway.

The Silvertip project in Nunavut is under option to North Arrow Minerals Inc. with exploration drilling planned for the Fall of 2007 or spring of 2008.

Uranium
In early 2006 Strongbow announced a strategic agreement with Bayswater Ventures Corp. to form the Canada Uranium Joint Venture (CUJV) for the purpose of exploring for uranium deposits within Canada. Bayswater is the operator of the CUJV and, over the first five years of the agreement, shall contribute funding of up to $500,000 for the acquisition of prospective Canadian uranium properties identified by Strongbow. Strongbow and Bayswater retain a 50% working interest in each acquired property, subject to the right of Strongbow to select up to three joint venture properties for which Bayswater must fund the first $600,000 in exploration expenditures on each property. Under the terms of the arrangement, Strongbow must offer all Canadian uranium opportunities that it identifies to Bayswater for inclusion in the joint venture. Bayswater maintains the right to identify and acquire Canadian uranium prospects outside of the joint venture, with no obligation to offer such projects to Strongbow unless such prospect is located in any of the Yukon, Nunavut, or Northwest Territories.

A program of identifying prospective areas in Canada for uranium mineralization has commenced and property acquisition is underway. To date, the CUJV has acquired the North Thelon and South Thelon. Strongbow's uranium exploration activities are conducted under the supervision of Robert Campbell, P.Geo.(BC), a qualified person under NI 43-101.
