Current Operations

Overview
Strathmore has an extensive and diverse portfolio of uranium properties in the United States, located primarily in New Mexico and Wyoming. In 2010, focus will continue on advancing the Roca Honda, New Mexico and Gas Hills, Wyoming, uranium development projects. The planned sale of its third core project, Pine Tree-Reno Creek, closed on April 7th, 2010.

Roca Honda represents on of the largest proposed uranium mines in the United States in the last thirty years. In October 2009, the Roca Honda LLC Joint Venture (Strathmore 60%/ Sumitomo Corp 40%) submitted a mine permit application for this project. It was subsequently deemed “administratively complete”, by federal and state regulatory agencies, and is now undergoing technical review. In March 2010, Scott Wilson Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. was commissioned to prepare a feasibility study.
