Company Statement
Sabre Resources Ltd (“Sabre” or “the Company”) is an Australian based exploration and development company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange under the symbol “SBR.”
The primary focus of Sabre Resources Ltd (Sabre) is the exploration and development of the Ongava Multi-Element Project in Namibia. Our licence contains over 30 known copper, lead, zinc and vanadium occurrences, ranging from gr ass-roots prospects, through unmined deposits such as Border and Driehoek, to historic mine sites such as Harasib Claims and Uitsab. Gallium, germanium, silver and gold, are also highly prospective.
Sabre will build value for shareholders through strategic exploration of our licence area, leading to the definition of JORC compliant resources in this metal-rich region. Extensive exploration, management and corporate experience are combined in a lean company structure that aims to provide maximum return to shareholders.

Project Overview Africa
Ongava Poly-Metallic Project, Otavi Mountain Land, Namibia
The Ongava Poly-Metallic Project covers approximately 600 square kilometres of highly mineralised carbonate stratigraphy and hosts more than 30 known base metal prospects, including the lead-zinc deposits at Border and Driehoek, and the recent copper-lead-zinc discovery at Kaskara.
LOCATION & ACCESS
Namibia is located in southwest Africa and is bounded by the Atlantic Ocean to the west and South Africa to the south. It is one of the most politically stable and well-developed countries in Africa, with excellent infrastructure and government policy designed to promote investment in mining and exploration. Namibia is currently rated amongst the top ten countries in the world in which to undertake both mining and exploration.
Smelters are located at Tsumeb less than 40 kilometres from the project, and extensive road and rail infrastructure in the region will benefit future development.
EXISTING BASE-METAL DEPOSITS
The Ongava project hosts three lead-zinc-silver deposits, namely Driehoek, Harasib and, most significantly, Border.
REGIONAL EXPLORATION POTENTIAL
A review of the exploration data available for the Ongava base metal project shows that it has received only limited exploration. The exploration undertaken on the project area largely dates back to the 1970’s, aside from the limited programme carried out by Goldfields in the 1990’s. Historic dominance of the region by a handful of companies means that the area is significantly underexplored.
The stratigraphical and structural continuity shown by the various styles of mineralisation within the project area indicate that there is strong potential to expand the known deposits and for finding further significant economic mineralisation.
