Eskay Mining Corp. is engaged in the exploration and development of strategic, mineral rich properties in British Columbia, Canada. It is a fully compliant, publicly traded Canadian corporation. The company’s primary flag-ship project is in the world renowned Eskay Creek, British Columbia, Canada.

In total Eskay Mining Corp holds 46,400 hectares of mineral tenure beside and south of the Eskay Creek Mine. Work by other companies to the East and West include efforts to put mines into production. As BC is a mining friendly jurisdiction, focus is coming back to our region.
COREY CLAIMS
Eskay holds a 100% interest in 13,400 hectares of mining claims which have a high potential of hosting massive Eskay Creek types of transitional mineralization eg; Gold, Silver, Copper, Lead & Zinc. Extensive geological work has been completed on these claims.
ST ANDREW GOLDFIELDS (SAS-T) OPTION
Eskay entered into an agreement with SAS in May 2008 to earn up to 80% interest in 33,000 hectares of mineral claims along with all data collected to date. The company has so far earned a 50% interest and intends to complete it's total option interest.

| Hugh M. (Mac) Balkam - President/CEO, Director |
| Mr. Balkam was with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police for 13 years, many of those involved in the investigation of Stock Market related fraud. In 1981, he left to become a financial consultant with a major brokerage firm, where he managed investments for retail clients. Since 2004, Mr. Balkam has been involved in raising venture capital and consulting for junior mining companines. In that capacity, he served as a consultant for the Company, assisting in it's past capital raising and market awareness programs. Mr. Balkam holds a BA Degree from the University of Toronto. |
| Bryon Sievert - Chief Financial Officer |
| Mr. Bryon Sievert, Bachelor of Commerce, CA, joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer on effective December 2, 2009. Mr. Sievert is responsible for all accounting, financing, budgeting and reporting functions. With more than thirty years of accounting, tax and corporate finance experience, Mr. Sievert brings to the Eskay team special expertise in small cap equity transactions, initial public offerings, as well as strong relationships within the Toronto capital markets community. He was the initial auditor of Aur Resources, subsequently taken over by Teck Corporation. Mr. Sievert has been the auditor of a number of junior mining companies during his career. |

| Mr McDonald has been Chief Executive Officer of McDonald Investment Management Inc. Since 1990, after serving as an officer and director of two Canadian investment dealers. Mr. McDonald has 23 years of experience as a securities analyst, portfolio manager and trustee in the domestic and international capital market and 7 years of experience with the International Monetary Fund in Washington. Prior thereto his career included 7 years of internal, external and comprehensive audit team assigned to the United Nations External Audit Committee. Mr. McDonald received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1972 and a Certificate of Achievement in 1994 from the University of New Brunswick. He is a past director and audit committee chair of Kid's Help Phone and served on the advisory Board of the Canadian Investment Review. Mr. McDonald has completed the Canadian Institute of Corporate Director's Corporate Governance program at University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1977. Mr. McDonald is a resident of Toronto, Canada. |

| Mr. Myhill is the C.E.O. and Chairman of ThinDesk Inc., and IT Managed Services company. He is a director of six privately held companies operating in transportation and venture capital in B.C., Alberta and Ontario. From 1991 until 2006. Mr. Myhill was the President of Canadian Investors Corporation, an investment company focused on financing of corporate re-organizations. Mr. Myhill actively participated in directorship and management of the investee companies. From 1985 to 1991, he invested in and raised capital for small companies in Ontario. From 1976 to 1984 Mr. Myhill was President of national companies within Southam Inc. Group and Jim Patterson Industries. He earned an H.B.A. and M.B.A. from the IVEY School of Business Administration at the University of Western Ontario and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse. |

| In 2000, Mr. McMehen co-founded Conundrum Capital Corporation, a private equity real estate fund management firm which today has several sectoral real estate funds under its administration. Mr. McMehen now serves as Chairman of Conundrum Capital Corporation. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. McMehen served as Executive Vice-President, Chief Operating Officer and director of Central Park Lodges Ltd., helping to manage one of North America’s pre-eminent providers of seniors housing, long-term care and ancillary health care services. At the law firm of Gardiner Roberts, Mr. McMehen practiced corporate and commercial law from 1978 to 1998, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate structure and finance. He acted as Managing Partner of the firm from 1994 to 1998. Mr. McMehen completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto in 1972 and obtained an LL.B from the University of Ottawa in 1976. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1978, and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada. |

| Mr. McGuigan is a principal of Cambria Geosciences of Vancouver, BC. He is a Professional Geoscientist registered with the Association of Engineers and Geoscientists of BC. He has twenty-eight years of international experience in management of mineral exploration and mining operations. His deposit expertise includes the exploration and/or discovery of significant volcanogenic massive sulphide, epithermal gold, IOCG and porphyry Cu-Au prospects and deposits. He has been active in exploration of the Eskay Creek region since 1979. |

| Mr. McKinley is a Professional Geoscientist with eleven years experience in economic geology, mineral exploration and mine geology. He has a background in geological research and field-based geology with expertise in the areas of volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) deposits, volcanic stratigraphy and lithogeochemistry. |

| Mr. Idziszek holds a Master of Applied Sciences degree from McGill University and has worked in the mining industry since 1971. He was the President and C.E.O. of Adrian Resources Ltd. (now Petaquilla Minerals) and serves as a director of Lund Gold Ltd., Madison Minerals Inc., and Oromin Explorations Ltd. |
| In 1990, Chet received the "Mining Man of the Year" award in recognition of his role in the discovery and development of the Eskay Creek deposits in Northwestern British Columbia. Chet received the prestigious "Prospector of the Year Award for 1994", again, in recognition of the major role he played in the discovery and development of Eskay Creek, and for his leadership of Adrian Resources Ltd. during its exploration and development of the Petaquilla copper-gold deposits in Panama. |
| As a Director of Arequipa Resources Ltd., Mr. Idziszek participated in Barrick's successful take-over bid in 1996. As President of Oromin Explorations Ltd. he led the exploration team in the discovery and development of OJVG's three million ounce plus gold deposit in Senegal. Mr. Idziseck is a Member of Society of Economic Geologists, I.A.G.O.D., the Geological Association of Canada, the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada and is a Fellow of the Geological Society, London. |

| Mr. Mallo holds a Bachelor of Science (Specialist) degree from Brandon University and has worked as a Geologist and Exploration Manager with numerous international exploration/mining companies since 1981. He is Vice-President of Exploration (Minerals) with Oromin Explorations Ltd., and has played an integral part in the initiation, discovery, exploration and current full feasibility stage of development at the Sabodala Gold Project in Senegal, West Africa. |
| David was the Manager-Advanced Projects with Prime Explorations Ltd., the organization that was involved in the discovery, exploration and development of the original Eskay Creek deposits. He subsequently served as Executive Vice-President of Exploration for Adrian Resources Ltd., and was involved with various mineral deposit discoveries, exploration and development of the Petaquilla copper-gold and Molejon gold deposits in Panama. Mr. Mallo is a member of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada. |
