Company Statement

Greystar Resources Ltd. is a Canadian mining company dedicated to the exploration, development and, in time, the exploitation of precious metal resources. At the present time, its main project is the Angostura gold and silver deposit in the northeastern region of Colombia.

Current Operations

Angostura Gold-Silver Project
The Angostura Gold-Silver Project is located in the mountains of the eastern Cordillera of South America, approximately 400 km North-Northeast of the Colombian capital city Santa fé de Bogotá.

Easily accessed by good roads, the Project is 55 km from Bucaramanga (pop 1,000,000), the capital city of Santander department. Bucaramanga is serviced by frequent daily jet and turbo-prop flights from Bogotá.

The villages of California, Vetas, and Surata are all within approximately 10 km of the Project, which is serviced by local hydroelectric power. Elevations on the Project are between 3400 and 3500 meters. The average annual temperature on the property is approximately 10 degrees Celsius.

  • 11.5 Mozof measured & indicated resources and 3.5 Mozof inferred resources
  • Based on 277,000 meters drilled

Feasibility Study Underway
  • Prefeasibilitystudy completed

  • Construction is expected to commence in Q1 2010

President, Director
Mr. Rovig has been the President of Greystar since 1994. Prior to this, he held senior positions with Crown Butte Resources Ltd., Plexus Resources Ltd. and was a director of Kinross Gold Corp.

Frederick Felder, M.Sc., P.Geo.
Executive Vice President
Mr. Felder has more than 30 years of exploration experience and has worked for Soquem, Union Miniere, Umex and Granges Inc. He has been managing the Angostura project since early 1999.

Brian Bayley, Mba
Director
Mr. Bayley is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Quest Capital Corp.,a public merchant bank which trades on the TSX Exchange. Mr Bayley holds an MBA from Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario and is also a director and/or officer of numerous other public companies.

German del Corral, B.Sc
Director
Mr. del Corral is a mining and metallurgical engineer with over 30 years of mineral experience and is currently an international advisor for several companies. Previously, Mr. del Corral was Cuba Project Director for WMC Ltd., as well as President of BHP Billiton Ltd.'s Cerro Matoso S.A. in Colombia. Mr. del Corral was also a consultant for the World Bank from 1993-to-1995

Emil Morfett
Director
Mr. Morfett received his M.Sc. in Geology from Queens University, Canada in 1984 and worked for Rio Tinto in the U.S. and Saudi Arabia and for Goldfields of South Africa before moving back to his native London. He is currently a Mining Research Consultant.

Geoff Chater, B.Sc
Director
Mr. Geoff Chater holds a B. Sc. Degree in Geology from Texas Christian University and has over 19 years of experience in the mineral exploration field. Mr. Chater is a Principal of Namron Advisors, a corporate communications consultancy and since 1999, has held the position of Manager of Corporate Relations for First Quantum Minerals Ltd.
