Eurogold Limited is a public company which is listed on both ASX Limited and the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) in the UK.

Current Operations

Eurogold Limited has disposed of its only remaining asset and the Directors are actively pursuing new opportunities for the Company.

Board of Directors and Key Management

Peter Gunzburg, Chairman of Eurogold and director on the boards of Explorer and Transgold.

Mr Gunzburg has 20 years experience as a stockbroker. He has a Commerce Degree from the University of Western Australia and has previously been a director of Resolute Ltd, the Australian Stock Exchange Limited, Eyres Reed Ltd and CIBC World Markets Australia Limited. He is the Chairman and largest shareholder of Eurogold. Mr Gunzburg is also the Chairman of Fleetwood Corporation and pieNetworks Limited.

Neil MacLachlan, Director

Mr MacLachlan has over 27 years experience as an investment banker working in the Far East, Australia and the United Kingdom. From 1993 to 1997 he represented Barrick Gold in the Far East as Executive Vice President. He started his own business, Markham Associates Pty Ltd in Australia in 1997 which is a boutique investment and advisory company focussing on smaller companies in the resources and technology industries.

Brett Montgomery, Director of Eurogold since 1989.

Mr Montgomery has over 20 years experience in the gold mining industry and management of public companies.

Pauline Collinson

Ms Collinson has been with the Company for 15 years, has held an executive position for 6 years and has 25 years experience in the mining industry. She is also the Company Secretary of ASX Listed Dragon Mining Limited.
