Company Statement

Alto Ventures Ltd. is a TSX Ventures Exchange listed company trading under the symbol ATV. Alto is a gold exploration company with a portfolio of properties in the Canadian Shield.

The Company is focused on projects located within the Abitibi greenstone belt of Ontario and Quebec as well as in historic gold producing districts including Beardmore and Shebandowan.

The Company strategy is to develop early and mid stage projects that have the potential to maximize the opportunities associated with initial discovery.

Mud Lake Project, Ontario

Highlights

  • Gold mineralization discovered along 6 km shear zone
  • Twelve gold occurrences identified by trenching.
  • Drilling intersected up to 13.9 g/t gold across 1.0 m within 6.1 m wide mineralized zone averaging 3.3 g/t gold
  • Induced Polarization survey outlined 20 anomalies

Greenoaks Project, Ontario

Highlights
  • Five gold zones traced for over 500 m on surface
  • Historical drilling intersected up to 35.3 g/t gold across 3.2 m
  • Drilling by Alto intersected 12.5 g/t gold across 0.4 m and 7.08 g/t gold across 0.8 m
  • Surface channel samples returned 34.1 g/t across 1 metre

Cote-Archie, Ontario

Highlights
  • Covers 12 km of prospective ground
  • On strike with the historic Leitch Mine (past production 860,000 ounces of gold at 0.92oz/ton (31.5 grams per tonne)
  • Up to 27 g/t at the Cote Showing
  • Kodiak Exploration earning 51% interest by funding $1 million in exploration over 3 years

  • Gold-bearing shear zone traced for over 500 m on surface

Despinassy, Quebec

Destiny Project, Quebec

Highlights
  • In 2008 Alto completed the acquisition of 100% interest in the Destiny Project
  • NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate completed for the DAC Deposit
  • High grade gold veins include 5.1 g/t over 9.7 m and 178.5 g/t over 1.0 m
  • The DAC deposit has an indicated resource of 167,000 tonnes averaging 6.88 grams per tonne (g/t) gold plus an inferred resource of 445,000 tonnes averaging 4.46 g/t gold for total of approximately 101,000 contained ounces.
  • DAC Deposit open along strike and to depth
  • DAC Deposit is one of several significant gold occurrences along 6 km shear zone
  • Darla Zone discovered in 2006 lies 1 km east of DAC Deposit, intersected 19.5 g/t gold across 2.1 m

Vassal, Quebec

Coldstream, Ontario

Highlights
  • Gold discovered along 10 km corridor of strong alteration and deformation
  • Historical resource of 5.1 million tonnes* at an average grade of 1.4 g/t gold (234,000 ounces) estimated for the East Coldstream Gold Deposit by Noranda in 1990
  • Drilling by Alto intersected wide gold zones up to 68 m averaging 1.21 g/t gold
  • Higher grade intercepts include 37.7 g/t gold across 1.0 m and 22.6 g/t across 1.3 m
  • Deposit is open along strike and to depth
  • New style of mineralization consistent with Iron-Oxide-Copper-Gold (IOCG) type deposits recognized on the property
  • Several other gold zones drilled near the southwest end of the property including 0.95 g/t gold across 34 m
  • The northeast end (the QES Zone) of the 51 million tonnes (1.5 million ounces) Moss Lake Gold Deposit abuts against the southwest boundary of the Coldstream Property

Oxford Lake, Manitoba

Highlights
  • Gold bearing structure traced for over 2 km in favourable geological setting
  • Historical resource estimate of 800,000 tonnes* averaging 6 g/t gold and containing 154,000 ounces
  • Other targets include Rusty Point with historical intersections of 4.6 g/t gold across 3.7 m and Blue Jay Island returning up to 10 g/t gold across 2.0 m
  • Drilling is required on Rusty Zone, Rusty Point and Blue Jay to evaluate their potential

Highlights
  • Prospecting by Alto returned 26.8 g/t gold in shear zone
  • Shear zone up to 25 m wide was traced for 1.5 km

Empress Project, Ontario

Highlights
  • Located in the prolific Hemlo-Schreiber Greenstone Belt
  • Previous drilling obtained up to 44.2 g/g gold across 0.61 m
  • Property is drill ready and accessible year-round

Alcudia Project, Quebec

Highlights
  • Immediately east of Noront's Windfall Property where underground exploration is in progress
  • Several geophysical (EM and IP) anomalies but no previous drilling
