Ruby Creek Project – 220 Million Pounds of Molybdenum
The Ruby Creek Molybdenum Deposit is a low-grade bulk type of molybdenum deposit located, at the headwaters of Ruby Creek in the floor of an alpine cirque.

The location is about 22 kilometers northeast of Atlin, British Columbia and 124 kilometers southeast of Whitehorse, Yukon Territory in the extreme north western corner of British, Columbia, Canada and is accessible from Atlin by 39 kilometres of road. B&C Springs Property – 314 Million Pounds of Molybdenum
The B&C Springs Nevada Molybdenum property is located in Nye County, 12 miles Southeast of Gabbs, Nevada. The Property consists of 46 unpatented lode mining claims and cover a significant part of a large flat tabular molybdenum occurrence measuring approximately 1,195 meters (3,920 feet) long X 465 meters (1,525 feet) wide X 51 meters (167 feet) thick. Prior drilling (66 diamond and RC holes) by US Smelting Refining and Mining (USS RAM) encountered molybdenum, copper and silver values over the area encompassing the tabular structures.

Pine Nut Property - 98.4 Million Pounds of Molybdenum
Pine Nut Molybdenum Deposit: (21 claims) located approximately 20 miles south-east of Carson City, Nevada in Douglas County. The published grade and tonnage on page 58 and 74 of the 1985 US Bureau of Mine Circulation 903-5 and titled “Principal Deposits of Strategic and Critical Minerals of Nevada” are stated at 82 million tons grading .06% Mo. Where historical estimates are referred to the Company has not been able to obtain enough of the original data and has not done the work necessary to verify the classification of the resource or reserve, the Company is not treating them as a NI 43-101 defined resource or reserve verified by a QP, and the historical estimate should not be relied upon. The property was diamond and rotary drilled by American Metals Climax Inc. in the mid 1960’s.

Cucomungo Property - 65 Million Pounds of Molybdenum
Cucomungo Molybdenum Deposit: (36 claims) located approximately 15 miles south-west of Lida in Esmeralda County, Nevada. Past exploration consisted of the drilling of 52 core and rotary holes totaling 31,000 feet in the 1960’s and 1970’s by Bear Creek Mining, Molycorp, Geochemical Surveys Inc. and Duval Corp. Publicly available industry documents report: “Several generations of exploration drilling have partially outlined two Molybdenum deposits on the claims, the Basalt Cap and Roper Tunnel Zones. The Basalt Cap zone contains a drill-indicated resource of approximately 30 million tons grading 0.11% MoS2 (.066% Mo). Based upon somewhat conflicting historical data, the Roper Tunnel Deposit contains a possible resource of 9 million tons grading 0.125 to 0.250% MoS2 (.075% - .150% Mo) (John Prachnau, (1992) Mining Engineer and Geologist.
