Company Statement

• Kasbah Resources Limited (Kasbah) is building a Moroccan focused mining and exploration company.
• Our portfolio includes the Tamlalt Gold Deposit in Eastern Morocco and the Achmmach and El Karit Tin projects in Northern Morocco.
• The strategy is to advance these advanced assets through exploration and feasibility to development decisions in 2008 -2009.
• Kasbah was admitted to the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) on Thursday 26th April 2007 and commenced trading on Friday 27th April.

Kasbah’s strategy for growth is to...

• Build a multi-commodity, diversified Moroccan focused mining house through acquisition or development of advanced projects; 
• Systematically evaluate the Achmmach and El Karit Tin Projects to develop long term cash flows; 
• Seek additional tin projects that would tie in with the Achmmach development; 
• Become a significant, low cost producer of tin in the world market; 
• Apply modern exploration techniques to prospective terrain; 
• Evaluate other advanced exploration or abandoned precious and base metal projects in Morocco; 
• Leverage off position established in Morocco and ability to access funding to advance other projects.

ACHMMACH Tin

• Achmmach located 140km SE of Rabat, in the Central Hercynian Massif, Considered Morocco's most significant tin and tungsten province
• Road access to ports of Casablanca and Kenitra; Ports are currently used for other minerals including phosphates and fluorspar, with established container and bulk handling facilities
• High voltage power <1km from Achmmach site, communications on site, water readily available
• Workforce available from regional area, Meknes >500,000 people

EL KARIT Tin

• El Karit 150 km SE of Rabat
• Historic tin mine, 49 years production
• Road access to ports of Casablanca and Kenitra. Ports are currently used for other minerals (fluorspar), with established container handling facilities and available capacity
• High voltage power, < 2km from  El Karit, communications on site, water readily available
• Workforce available from regional area, Oulmes-Maaziz region > 200,000 people
